Welcoming hundreds of architecture enthusiasts, SKY is The Limit is a supplement event to the JAF Expo brought by the IAI, DevelopArs, Thamrin Nine, and Savills Indonesia. The event was notably held on the tallest building in the southern hemisphere – Autograph Tower at Thamrin Nine – on 18-30 September 2023.
Joining the talkshow was Ricky Tarore – director of Head of Office Services Savills Indonesia, Alivin Gozali – the owner and the mastermind behind the Thamrin Nine projects, and Irwan Sendjaja – the president of BOMA Indonesia, and moderated by Fitri Hilman – director of Savills Indonesia. The property talk highlighted the importance of sustainability in future buildings. Beyond achieving the ESG goals, means to be more sustainable also meets customers’ necessity for a greener lifestyle and work culture.
The Autograph Tower and the whole Thamrin Nine complex are excellent manifestations of this concept. Besides ticking all the boxes for sustainability, PT Putra Gaya Wahana as the developer has optimized its project feasibility through shared ownership and customer-centric innovations.
“In the priority scale, the number one is project feasibility, followed by sustainability and customer satisfaction. The latest two can be merged, as more clients wish for a sustainable workplace,” explained Alivin Gozali.

Guests had the rare opportunity to experience touring around The Autograph Tower as it opened its door to the public during the event. The curator tour is led by the award-winning architect Cosmas Gozali.
